Angie has served businesses of all sizes, from small closely held companies to large corporations. She draws upon her experience to lead clients through all stages of a transaction, helping clients grow through mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, entering into joint ventures, purchasing business assets and obtaining financing. When companies decide to undergo other strategic transactions, Angie assists in stock repurchases, transferring corporate ownership, corporate reorganizations, sales, wind-ups, and dissolutions.

Angie is well-versed in advising clients on complex commercial transactions, including negotiating sales agreements, supply and service agreements, equipment and real estate leases, and other business agreements to help keep her clients moving forward.

She provides advice on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance issues, and assists clients in navigating regulatory filing requirements for securities exemptions, managing corporate compliance, corporate books and records, and establishing internal policies and programs.
