Lauren Cammarata Snow advises individuals and businesses through a wide range of services, including general business matters, transactional negotiation and representation, and pre-formation issues. She works with start-ups, multi-national corporations, and everything in between.
Ms. Snow's extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses with regard to intellectual property rights has garnered her a reputation as a reliable resource for trademark and trade-secret work as well as licensing agreement creation and enforcement.
She has previously provided services to the cannabis industry and has worked on drug policy at the forefront of Colorado's state-level lawmaking regarding the responsible regulation of cannabis. During law school, Ms. Snow served as the Executive Director for the Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) at the University of Denver chapter.
Ms. Snow, a life-long Colorado resident, graduated summa cum laude at the Metropolitan State University, where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
