Justin Norton Sawyer

Justin Sawyer is an associate attorney in Goodspeed Merrill's corporate practice group. Justin advises businesses and individuals in a wide variety of areas including, business formation and maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, and day-to-day general corporate matters.

Justin joined Goodspeed Merrill after graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During his time in law school, Justin clerked for Goodspeed Merrill, worked in the in-house legal department of a global energy company, served as a student attorney with the Community Economic Development Clinic at the university of Denver Sturm College of Law where he worked on a wide array of transactional business matters, was a member of the Denver Law Review, and was on the board of the Venture Law Society.

In his free time Justin enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, watching college football, and checking out new businesses around the front range.
