Mr. Rudden heads the firm's Corporate practice group and advises clients on a wide variety of business matters including pre-formation entity and tax structuring, capitalization, sale transactions, reorganizations and day-to-day general corporate matters. Mr. Rudden has held a Series 65 license, giving him particular expertise in investment advisor related subject matter, leading to his representation of multiple private investment funds and similar business structures with respect to fund structure, fund operations and fund taxation.
Mr. Rudden has a background in business development. Having built and sold multiple businesses, Mr. Rudden understands the challenges and demands that accompany a small business operation. He provides the much-needed balance between legal protection and business advancement. Emphasizing the need to help clients get deals done, Mr. Rudden integrates himself into his clients' operations to fully understand how he can best service their business and legal needs.
Mr. Rudden is married to his wife Megan, with whom he has three sons, Wyatt, Walker and Hudson, and a daughter Annabelle.
