Meredith A. Quinlivan is an experienced civil litigator and appellate attorney in Colorado and Wyoming. Before entering private practice, Ms. Quinlivan was a clerk and staff attorney for the Colorado Court of Appeals. She then started her litigation career in insurance defense in 2007 and transitioned from insurance defense to plaintiffs’ work in 2009, practicing in the areas of employment and labor law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. As a lead litigator and supervising attorney, she has drafted more than 300 lawsuits in state and federal court, as well as advocated on behalf of clients at hearings and in complex settlement negotiations. Ms. Quinlivan has continued to grow in the legal profession, obtaining a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation through Colorado State University in 2022.
Ms. Quinlivan has co-authored several appellate briefs, including two resulting in published opinions. Yeiser v. Ferrellgas, Inc., 214 P. 3d 458 (Colo. App. 2008), cert. granted, and Silva v. Wilcox, 223 P.3d 127 (Colo. App. 2009).

Ms. Quinlivan enjoys working with the Colorado Bar Association, participating in the Colorado Attorney Mentor Program, Lawyers Helping Lawyers, and the Colorado Well-Being Recognition for Employers Programs. In her free time, Ms. Quinlivan is a runner, a community activist in her East Colfax Community, a foster mom for dogs, and busy parent to her two young daughters.
