Miro Kovacevic's practice focuses on complex litigation in real estate and homeowners association/common interest community disputes. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients throughout the State of Colorado, as well as various federal courts across the country. He has also been engaged to opine on issues related to homeowners association’s duty of care. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Kovacevic is a part of the firm's Real Estate practice group and represents clients in a wide array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of residential and commercial property acquisitions.
Before joining Goodspeed Merrill, Mr. Kovacevic was a commercial litigator with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP (now Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP), clerked for the Honorable Hilda G. Tagle, U.S. District Court Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and interned with the Honorable Boyd N. Boland, U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
