Miro Kovacevic's practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation involving commercial, corporate, real estate, and homeowners association/common interest community disputes. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients throughout the State of Colorado, as well as various federal courts across the country. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Kovacevic is a part of the firm's Real Estate practice group and represents clients in a wide array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of residential and commercial property acquisitions. His clientele comes from a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, construction, software development, information technology, business consulting, hotel, construction, restaurant, agriculture, alcohol manufacturers, and non-profit organizations.
Before joining Goodspeed Merrill, Mr. Kovacevic was a commercial litigator with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP (now Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP) and clerked for the Honorable Hilda G. Tagle, U.S. District Court Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
