Tamara Kotzker brings seventeen years of experience in tax controversy to the firm's tax and estate planning practice. During her career with the IRS, she represented the IRS in hundreds of cases before the United States Tax Court, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado, as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Tamara served as an Associate Area Counsel for the Denver Small-Business/Self-Employed office and also acted as the Assistant Division Counsel International for the Small-Business/Self-Employed of IRS Counsel.
