Rob Hunger is an attorney in Goodspeed Merrill's litigation division. Rob focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and regularly handles cases involving claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with contract, and requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Rob has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts in Colorado and beyond, and regularly briefs and argues appeals before the federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Rob graduated from law school magna cum laude in Chicago in 2012. After graduating, he worked at a botique Chicago-based litigation firm for five years and litigated commercial and insurance claims. He then moved to Colorado, where he spent four years defending his clients against claims of negligence, breach of contract, insurance bad faith, defamation, and violations of Colorado's Premises Liability Act. Rob joined Goodspeed Merrill in December 2022.
