Sydney Galligan

Sydney Galligan is a Senior Associate Attorney at Goodspeed Merrill in the Corporate practice group. As a business attorney, Ms. Galligan advises individuals and businesses in a wide variety of areas including, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and maintenance, day-to-day general corporate matters, and contract negotiation and drafting.

Prior to joining Goodspeed Merrill, Ms. Galligan worked as in-house counsel for small to medium businesses and counseled clients through employment and other civil litigation matters. Before law school, Ms. Galligan worked in Business Planning and Operations at Hewlett Packard and in Regulatory and Compliance at TW Telecom. Ms. Galligan appreciates the challenges facing businesses and approaches legal issues with a business mindset to understand how she can best support and create value for her clients.

Outside of the office, Ms. Galligan enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and dog, cooking, and as a Colorado native she looks forward to rooting for the Broncos and Avalanche on game day.
