Brandon Carr-Montano

Brandon serves as outside general counsel to his clients, guiding them through all stages of the business lifecycle as their go-to business and legal advisor. His clients include startups, entrepreneurs, private, middle market companies, and venture capital and private equity firms and their industries have included services, technology, healthcare, financial services, entertainment and media, and manufacturing, among others. He advises on the gamut of business and legal matters, including business formation and governance, commercial transactions, employment matters including employee compensation and separation, licensing and intellectual property transactions, venture financing, and private mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Goodspeed Merrill, Brandon worked as an associate for several national law firms.

Brandon has been married his husband, Mark, a creative expert, for over 10 years. Outside work, Brandon enjoys reading, working out, grilling, listening to podcasts, and traveling.
