Ryann Brown

Ryann Brown is an Associate Attorney in the Advanced Tax Strategies group focusing on corporate, estate and tax planning strategies. Ryann is licensed in Texas and earned her bachelor's degree from North Carolina A&T State University, followed by her JD with highest honors from Texas Southern University and a Master's in Taxation from The University of Florida. Her professional journey has taken her from public accounting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and tax due diligence, to advocating for commercial property owners in tax litigation. Ryann has also provided invaluable support to numerous small business owners, offering business formation strategic counsel, drafting contracts, and managing intellectual property. Beyond the office, Ryann finds joy in traveling to beaches, attending dance classes, and spending time with loved ones.
